Remove the cover and wash the cover and/or cushion in cold water. Tumble dry on low, or lay flat/hang to dry. The cushion may also be spot cleaned as needed. For best results, use an unscented, organic detergent and avoid dryer sheets, as they can reduce the cushion's waterproof effectiveness.
None of my buns really never liked sidling up to frozen water bottles and that was always worrisome in the summertime. I thought the Warm n’ Cool was a stroke of genius! My buns love them spand now stay cool all day!
Our bun prefers to have one pillow/one side icepacks, so the new bed design doesnt work well for us. Luckily we had some old pillows from previous hop n flop deluxe designs that fit perfectly in this and allow us to tailor it to what our biy prefers.
