What is a CSA?
A CSA box (Community Supported Agriculture), is a subscription service that delivers seasonal produce from a local farm to its members. CSA boxes are a way to support local farmers and feed your rabbit fresh, local food.

- 2 bun box: parsley, basil, comfrey, zinnias, lettuce, fennel, sunflowers
- Bunny Lovers box: okra, tomatoes, winter squashes, potatoes

CSA Pricing
- 1 Bun Box (4-5 types of greens): $15
- 2 Bun Box (7-8 types of greens): $25
- Bunny Lovers Box: $25 - this is for the humans!
- A one time $5 deposit is required on your first order for the plastic quart container that will hold the greens.
- Payments can be sent to @wellkeptrabbit via Venmo (preferred) or cash.
Hay Pricing
Pesticide-free hay is also available from Riverview Farms!

- 10 lbs for $25
What are the CSAs stored in?
Boxes are 18-quart plastic containers and include between 4-8 different herbs/veggies (up to 7-12+ meals), depending on the box size you order.
What's Included in the CSA?
Each week the bunny box will be unique and will depend on what is available on the farm at that time. Everything is grown organically, without harmful pesticides! It will generally include:
- 2 main greens (like salad greens and kale)
- 2-3 bundles of herbs (like dill, parsley, comfrey, basil, cilantro, clover, etc.)
- 1-2 specialty items (like apple twigs & blossoms, squash blossoms, blackberry leaves, edible flowers, etc.).
Pick-Up Location
Every Tuesday AM the farm will harvest and Anna will pick the boxes up. You can pick up from Anna on Tuesday at one of two locations:
- Arden - 11am-5:30pm
- North Asheville - 7pm-10pm
We do not have space to refrigerate the boxes as they are quite large so this pick-up window on Tuesday is vital.
Ordering
Anna will make a post every Friday in the Asheville Rabbit Weirdos Facebook Group with what will be in the next week's CSA boxes. Hay is always available in the same sizes. Comment on that post or use the contact form below by Monday to place your order. Please no Facebook DMs to order - they are easily lost.
Do you ship?
Due to the CSA boxes being fresh produce and hay being too expensive to ship, we unfortunately do not ship at this time.
