Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@wellkeptrabbit.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

For all other return requests, the following applies:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase
• Items must be unopened and in original condition
• A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds are issued as store credit

Opened, used, or consumable products (including all herbal blends, treats, and supplements) cannot be returned.

Taste preference or a pet's reluctance to try a new product does not qualify as a defect. We're happy to offer guidance on introducing new foods if you need support!
