Processing Time

Our current processing time is 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays and weekends). Orders placed over the weekend (Sat or Sun) begin processing on Monday.

For weekend orders, this means your package will typically ship between Wednesday and the following Monday.

We’re happy to offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $125!

Please note: a few larger items do not qualify toward our free shipping deal — this includes the Maze Haven, Mini Haven, Cottontail Cottage, and Tunnel Haven.

Free shipping will automatically apply at checkout once your cart total reaches $125 (before taxes and after any discounts or promotions are applied).

We always choose the most cost-effective and reliable shipping option available, which may vary depending on your location.
