Two poppers a day and a pinch of the calming forage are helping our nervous bunny who was getting agressive and territorial (he is neutered, we have seen our regular vet and a small animal specialist and even had hormone testing - it is not medical). We are two weeks in, and these have reduce his stress level and he is back to being able to be petted and enjoy normal interactions. I did reduce by one star as he does not love the taste of the poppers and sometimes refuses them.
My rabbits love these!!! I've mixed them in with they're other forage foods.
When I opened the package, right away I could smell the Valerian root. Not a pleasant smell, but it has great calming effects. I take it myself for sleep, as I always prefer natural remedies. Bravo on the herbal blend for calm! They have really helped my bunny relax when people come over.
We bonded/adopted our tripaw queen from Georgia House Rabbit Society. Our house is free roam but she was extremely nervous about her house-wide freedom, and would only stay in the room their pen is in. After four months, she started creeping into the living room, but would only stay for a minute. I grabbed these with my last order and within two days she was confidently roaming across the house and hanging out in the living room.
I give her one each morning and the forage at Night and we LOVE seeing the confidence this stuff has given her to show off her true personality!
My bunnies love these little poppers. We have been through a lot of turmoil with an unexpected move and a house fire. Moving from place to place the bunnies were very scared. These treats helped to calm their nerves and be more snuggly. We have had our bunnies for 6 years and they were not snuggle buns until I got these. Truly amazing and highly recommend these for all buns.
